🔁 1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 2 days of delivery under the following conditions:

The item must be unused, in original packaging, and include all accessories, tags, and invoice.
Returns will not be accepted for reasons of personal preference (e.g., not liking the design or color).

To initiate a return:

If approved, we will schedule a pickup or request you to self-ship (depending on your location).

Refund will be credited to your original payment method with in 5 to 7 business days.
🚫 4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:

Used or damaged items due to customer mishandling

Products returned beyond 3 days from delivery

We do not offer direct exchanges. You may return the product (if eligible) and place a new order separately.
