🔁 1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 2 days of delivery under the following conditions:

• The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

• The item must be unused, in original packaging, and include all accessories, tags, and invoice.

Returns will not be accepted for reasons of personal preference (e.g., not liking the design or color).
 

🔍 2. Return Process

To initiate a return:

1. Email us at aadityasachdeva9999@gmail.com with:

   • Order ID

   • Reason for return

   • Images/videos of the product (if damaged or incorrect)

2. Our team will verify the request within 24–48 hours.

3. If approved, we will schedule a pickup or request you to self-ship (depending on your location).
    

💸 3. Refunds

• Refunds are issued only after product inspection.

• Refund will be credited to your original payment method with in 5 to 7 business days.
   

🚫 4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Used or damaged items due to customer mishandling

• Items without original packaging

• Customized or altered products

• Products returned beyond 3 days from delivery
   

🔄 5. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. You may return the product (if eligible) and place a new order separately.

• Your orders are replace and exchanged delivered with in 5 to 7 business days
   

🛡️ 6. Warranty Claims

Products with machine warranty (2 years) must follow the warranty claim process. This policy applies to returns only — for warranty, please refer to the Warranty Info Section on the product page.
